Detail
The 3-axis deflection units of the AXIALSCAN-50 DIGITAL II series with the latest digital control electronics offer the smallest spot diameters with large field sizes, flexibility, long-term stability and the lowest drift values ​​with 20-bit position resolution. Thanks to the PWM output stages used, only minimal heat development occurs. Various tunings allow application-specific adjustment of the control parameters and, in conjunction with the SC mirrors, lead to excellent deflection speeds and dynamic values.
 
INTERFACES
The 3-axis deflection units are optionally available for the RL3-100 20-bit protocol and XY2-100 16-bit protocol or alternatively for the SL2-100 20-bit protocol.
 
TUNING
The AXIALSCAN-50 DIGITAL II can be equipped with different tunings (VC, LS, and M). Default tunings are configurable.
