The AXIALSCAN-30 DIGITAL II HP deflection unit with the LT-II-20 digital linear translator module offers the smallest spot diameters with large field sizes, flexibility, high deflection speeds, long-term stability and the lowest drift values ​​with 20-bit position resolution. Optimized optics for CO2 wavelengths and 1,060 nm – 1,070 nm enable laser powers of up to 4 kW to be processed. Thanks to the PWM output stages used, only minimal heat generation occurs.

 

INTERFACES

The deflection units are compatible with both XY2-100 (16 bit) and SL2-100 (20 bit). Control is carried out digitally via a control card, such as SP-ICE-3 or SP-ICE-1 PCIe PRO.

 

DEFLECTION MIRRORS AND LENSES

Optics, protective glasses and deflection mirrors are available for all common laser beam sources.
