.The SP-ICE-1 PCIe PRO control card is highly precise, flexible in use and easy to integrate. The DLL driver software is part of the scope of delivery. The integrated processor for real-time operation enables precise synchronization of scanner movement and laser control. Thanks to the dual buffering, another job can be downloaded while a job is running.
OPTIONS
Master-slave configuration: To achieve maximum throughput rates. Up to 4 deflection units can be controlled synchronously.
Master-master configuration: To achieve minimal process time with maximum flexibility. Up to 4 lasers and 4 deflection units can each carry out independent processing processes.
Fiber laser interface card: To control a fiber laser in combination with a RAYLASE control card.
INTERFACES
Interface to the deflection unit based on XY2-100 Standard / Enhanced. The following signals (analog and digital) for laser control are available: laser modulation, laser gate, FPS and lamp or diode current.
The control card is provided with buffered and unbuffered input and output signals (for controlling external systems).
