Detail

The innovative temperature management and modular design make the SUPERSCAN IIE the perfect deflection unit for demanding laser applications. The "enhanced" option offers 50% better long-term drift. Additional water temperature control can further minimize long-term drift.

INTERFACES

The deflection units are compatible with the XY2-100 standard protocol. Control is digital via a control card, such as the SP-ICE-1 PCIe PRO.

DEFLECTION MIRRORS AND LENSES

Lenses with optimized lens holders and scan mirrors are available for all common laser types, wavelengths, power densities, focal lengths and processing fields. Customer-specific designs are also possible.
