The new MINISCAN III has a highly stable, digital control which further improves the noise and drift values ​​and thus further increases the robustness and reliability of the system. The digital interface contains both the XY2-100 16-bit protocol and the SL2-100 20-bit protocol. A corresponding cable defines the use of the protocol.

CONFIGURABLE THROUGH AND THROUGH
Lenses, protective glasses, mirror substrates and coatings are available for many common laser types, wavelengths, power densities, focal lengths and processing fields. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
