Detail
The deflection system can be easily integrated into any laser system via different mechanical interfaces at the bottom, side (robot flange possible) and from above. The built-in fiber collimator enables the laser fiber to be connected without adjusting the beam path. A second, external protective glass can be changed quickly and easily and can be monitored optionally. Camera and welding monitoring systems can be adapted to the process light output without aberrations. The entire optics are dust-protected and therefore ideal for use in harsh industrial environments.
CONFIGURABLE THROUGH AND THROUGH
Suitable mirrors are available for both high-performance welding applications with several kilowatts of laser power and for highly dynamic applications. Optics sets are available for all common beam parameters of lasers and their fibers. We would be happy to help you put together the ideal configuration for your application.
 
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
The AXIALSCAN FIBER-30 is the consistent and strongly market-oriented further development of our AXIALSCAN model series for fiber-coupled laser applications. Ideally suited for welding in the field of e-mobility, also with modulated laser beams or for additive manufacturing in powder bed machines (SLM). Combined to form a "quadruple design", the productivity of an AM machine for each construction area is quadrupled. The integrated process light extraction allows the coupling of suitable process monitoring sensors depending on the application and thus enables the assurance and documentation of quality parameters
