SPS Sample Z-Stages
SPS flat Z-Stages for specimen are available with 3 different ranges: 120, 450 and 650 µm. The dimensions are the same for all ranges. The aperture is as large as 142 x 110 mm and can bear the optional sample and petri-dish holders.

 

SFS MegaFocus 1000 µm
SFS MegaFocus is a positioner/scanner with a range as long as 1000 µm for microscope objectives. The body-height is short, so that space is saved in the important direction towards the samples. Mounting and exchange is made simple by clamping the unit to the top adapter by a standard screw (Allen-key). MegaFocus positioners are equipped with position-sensors for defined positioning with high linearity and repeatability. Of course, an open-loop version is

 

SFS RangeFocus100-600£gm
SFS RangeFocus is a series of positioners/scanners with long ranges for microscope objectives. The available displacements are 100 to 600 µm. The body-height is short, so that space is saved in the important direction towards the samples. Mounting and exchange is made simple by clamping the unit to the top adapter by a standard screw (Allen-key). RangeFocus positioners are equipped with position-sensors for defined positioning with high linearity and repeatability. Of course, open-loop versions are available.

 

SFS SlimFocus
SFS-D00150 SlimFocus are designed to give microscope-users free space around the objectives or other probes. The travel range is 150 µm.

 

SFS QuickFocus
SFS-D00100 is a positioner/scanner for microscope objectives. The advantages relative to other products on the market are: shortened body to give more handling space and improved dynamics for faster positioning/scanning.

 

DPa Double Lever-Actuators
The double-levers DPO and DPS are driven by our superior MPO piezo-actuators. The large strain of these stacks is allowing for more compact shapes at the same displacements. The guidances and joints are made of electro-eroded flexures, which are avoiding friction, wear and micro-cracks. The life-times are in the order of 10 billion full-stroke cycles. The connection wires are not being moved, when the actuators are driven.

The versions DPS are equipped with strain-gage (SGS) full-bridges. These sensors guarantee temperature-compensated measuring and controlling of motion.

 

PPa Parallel Lever-Actuators
PPO and PPS levers are driven by our superior MPO stack-actuators. The high strain of these stacks allows for smaller constructions at given displacements. Our levers are equipped with electro-eroded flexures. This is a difference to other suppliers. Flexures avoid friction (wear, non-accuracies) and also micro-cracks, which would reduce life-time. The moving platforms (10×13 mm) are being guided in parallel. Thus PPa can be used for shifting mirrors for example.

PPS are equipped with strain-gage (SGS) full-bridges, which care for temperature-compensated measuring and controlling positions.
